Logicware (formally inatel) was founded in 2000. The company designed, built, and implemented SaaS (software as a service) applications very early in the evolution of Cloud Computing. The company's flagship product i400 was a suite of cloud-based, back-office applications that targeted telecom carriers, resellers, and master agencies. i400 managed the entire back-off lifecycle for these customers, including CRM, order quoting, product fulfillment, inventory management, commissioning, and service management.
