We approach every opportunity with a boutique, hands-on attitude, emotionally investing ourselves in every engagement. We've been consistently effective in launching start-ups, expanding divisions, developing real estate projects, raising capital, handling mergers and acquisitions, and managing logistics, products, and corporations.
Our strong history and values in entrepreneurship trace back to the 1940s when our family patriarch, Sol Taplin, started and franchised his first businesses and later transitioned to investing and developing properties in South Florida. The foundation was laid with a small motel in Sunny Isles, Florida, leading to decades of residential and commercial real estate development, real estate workout consulting, and other entrepreneurial ventures.
Today, leveraging this wealth of experience, ELASTICgroup continues to forge ahead in ongoing asset investment, growth, and management.
